Based on the decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, number: 065-0-Reg-16-004922 dated 30 Dec 2016, Investiciono-komercijalna banka d.d. Zenica changed the name and registered office of the Bank and will operate under the name ASA Banka d.d. Sarajevo.

Based on the Decision of the Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, no. 04-3-3766-1/16 dated 29 September 2016 the license for establishing and performing banking operations to Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. is revoked. By the decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, no. 065-0-Reg-16-004985 dated 21 Dec 2016, the same was merged with BOR banka d.d. Sarajevo, based on the Decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, number: 065-0-Reg-16-005588 dated 28 Feb 2017, and operate under the name PRIVREDNA BANKA SARAJEVO d.d. SARAJEVO, abbreviated name: PBS d.d. Sarajevo
