Changes in the composition of the Management Board of the DIA B&H - Banja Luka, 27 February 2012

From 15 February 2012 there have been changes in the composition of the Management Board of the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that the former member Mr. Dragan Vrankić is replaced by Mr.Nikola Špirić, Minister of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ex-officio Management Board Member of Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Insurance premium rate for the year 2013 - Sarajevo, 28 November 2012

At its 2^nd meeting held on 28^th November 2012, the Management Board of Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, among others, discussed the issue of insurance premium rate which shall be applied in 2013. The Management Board has decided to keep it at the same level so far, thus the insurance premium rate in 2013 shall amount to 0.3% per annum on the base determined by the Law on Deposit Insurance in Banks of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Volksbank” a.d. Banja Luka operates under the new name “Sberbank” a.d. Banja Luka - Banja Luka, 18 December 2012

Based on the Decision of the Bank’s Assembly, no. 0100-62/12 of 12 November 2012 about changing the name of the Bank and Decision of the Commercial Court from Banja Luka, no. 057-0-Reg-12-002909/12 of 13 December 2012 on registration in the court’s registry, the name of the “Volksbank” a.d. Banja Luka was changed. It will be operating in future under the name “Sberbank” a.d. Banja Luka.
