The Management Board of the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has, on its session held on 22 December 2003, approved membership of LT Gospodarska banka dd Sarajevo in deposit insurance scheme.
For that occasion, Mr. Josip Nevjestic, Director of the Agency and Mr. Mijo Misic, Director of LT Gospodarska banka dd Sarajevo have signed a Contract on Deposit Insurance today (Tuesday, 23 Dec 2003) in Sarajevo.
By that, LT Gospodarska banka dd Sarajevo has become the nineteenth (19) BiH-bank in the deposit insurance scheme with the Deposit Insurance Agency of BiH.
On Friday, Dec 12, 2003, Contract on Deposit Insurance was signed between the RAZVOJNA BANKA JUGOISTOCNE EVROPE A.D. Banja Luka and Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By signing this Contract, RAZVOJNA BANKA JUGOISTOCNE EVROPE A.D. Banja Luka has become a third bank from Republika Srpska participating in deposit insurance scheme.
CENTRAL PROFIT BANKA DD SARAJEVO and Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina have signed a Contract on Deposit Insurance on December 10, 2003. Contract was signed in the premises of the Sarajevo Branch Office of Deposit Insurance Agency of BiH by Mr. Fehim F. Kapidzic (Director) and Mr. Alfred Füsselberger (Deputy Director) representing the CPB Bank and Mr. Josip Nevjestic (Director) representing the Agency.
Vakufska banka dd Sarajevo and Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina have signed a Contract on Deposit Insurance on November 6, 2003. On that occasion Bank was delivered with Certificate, which confirms admission of the bank in deposit insurance scheme, and, by that, this Bank has become 16th Member Bank of the deposit insurance scheme.
Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed a Contract on Deposit Insurance with Tuzlanska banka dd Tuzla during the ceremony held on Sep 4, 2003 in the premises of Tuzlanksa banka dd Tuzla. Tuzlanska banka has become 15th Member bank of the deposit insurance scheme.
The ceremony of signing the Deposit Insurance Contract between the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Komercijalno-investiciona banka dd Velika Kladusa took place on Sep 1, 2003. By signing this Contract, KIB banka Velika Kladusa has become 14 Member Bank in deposit insurance scheme.
With the official signing of the Contract, Zepter Komerc banka a.d. Banja Luka has become 14 Member Bank of deposit insurance scheme
Contract was officially signed and membership certificated handed over to the twelve Member Bank of the deposit insurance scheme – Commercebank d.d. Sarajevo.
Based upon Article 7 of the Regulation on Material Operations of the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced is, herewith, the following
OPEN COMPETITION
by which Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina invites all interested parties to submit bid offers for the Agency’s P&R campaign for year 2003.
Basic goals are as follows:
a. to introduce wider general public of Bosnia and Herzegovina with deposit insurance concept;
b. to inform public in BiH about existence, history, function and importance of the Deposit Insurance Agency, which was recently unified as a deposit insurance agency at the state level;
c. to promote logo sign of the Deposit Insurance Agency as a “quality brand” for member banks;
This campaign can represent an upgrade of the previous P&R activities already carried out by the Deposit Insurance Agency of Federation of BiH, as one predecessor of the Deposit Insurance Agency of BiH. Mentioned P&R activities have informed the public only up to certain degree about deposit insurance concept and how the logo of the Agency looks like just in the territory of Federation.
Bids should contain of the following:
a. convincing conceptual approach;
b. detailed action plan supported by “custom made” media plan;
c. cost calculation.
